2019-2024
Between 2019 and 2024, Sinica Management Group has established a diverse portfolio of investments and strategic partnerships in the consumer electronics and retail sectors. These include collaborations with global technology leaders such as Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, and Realme, as well as partnerships with innovative startups and manufacturers in Asia and Europe. The group has also expanded its retail presence with initiatives like Xiaomi Store Italy and the launch of the Shopycool brand, demonstrating its ability to integrate innovation, sustainability, and market expertise. This portfolio reflects Sinica’s commitment to fostering growth and innovation across the entire value chain.
2019-2025
Xiaomi Store Italia
Sinica Management Group has been one the first companies investing and launching the Chinese cutting edge Smartphone and Electronics Brand Franchise in Italy starting with its first 400 sqm Xiaomi Store in Rome and now owning and managing more than 5 business units in around Italy.
As its first large scale Investment ( 3M€+ ) the Company gradually approached and studied the retail business, following its Investment Model, first as financial consultant and risk management and then as investors and owners as one of the biggest stakeholders in the Franchise with Xiaomi Stores in the major metropolitan areas in Italy: Rome, Milan, Turin, Bergamo and Genoa.
The 5 owned business units, partaken by the Investor Club, are now growing ( despite the 2020-22 COVID restrictions ) and delivering a Yearly Revenue of 2.5M€ with a 25-30% Margin.
The Brand is now ( ending 2024 ) the 2nd in Italy and Europe for volume of sales and distribution, overtaking other major brands such as Apple and Samsung.
Starting from 2025, and thanks to its organizational excellence and the goals achieved, Sinica Group will become the exclusive retail operator of the Xiaomi brand in Italy, further solidifying its position as a key player in the market. This milestone underscores Sinica's commitment to driving growth and success across the entire value chain.
2020-2025
Shopycool
In 2020 Sinica Management Group funded and launched a new spin-off, SHOPYCOOL SRL ( Italian LLC ) to act as major import/export, distributor and logistic partner of electronic products.
In the first months of 2023 Shopycool registered a turnover of 1M€ with main clients from China, EU and Italy, projecting a 2,5M€ total turnover for the year ’24 while maintaining a “close to zero” fixed costs policy.
2022-2025
Shopytech (™)
At the end of 2022, the Company started to sell its products online through the platforms ( e.g.: Amazon, Ebay ) in all Europe with focus to Italy, France, Germany, Spain and Northern Europe registering a monthly turnover of 70k€ and over 10k products shipped in less than 6 months.
In 2023, Sinica Management Group decide then to develop its own brand and line of product creating the Brand “Shopytech: Tech Made Easy”.
